This year's Big Spring Clean took place around the town centre in April – a big 'thank you' goes out to everyone who helped.  

More than 30 of you turned up to help us with this annual blitz that makes such a difference to our town.

Each spring we call on people to join us, split into teams and each has a 'zone', which we scrub with eco-friendly cleaners... everything from road signs and litter bins to postboxes and street furniture. We enjoy the challenge – and the friendship – and the town looks so much better when we've finished.
